Meet Lily Naadu Mensah
The quirky, spirited, inspirational brand maven helping people and organisations show up with confidence, clarity and sparkle.

The short version
Corporate trainer. Facilitator. Coach. Host. Author. MD.
Lily Naadu Mensah is the MD and Brand Ambassador of Lyncs Media Ltd, based in Bromley, Kent. She is a corporate trainer, facilitator, coach, event host and moderator, personal branding specialist and author of Work Your Quirks.
Her work sits at the meeting point of brand and behaviour. Organisations bring her in when their people are talented but invisible, capable but hesitant, or brilliant in private and muted in public. Individuals come to her when their reputation has not caught up with their ability.
The method is consistent whether she is training a leadership cohort, moderating a panel or coaching a founder: get honest about the message, get practical about the delivery, and get comfortable being distinctive. That last part is where Work Your Quirks came from.
Lily is also a persistent advocate for inclusion and belonging — arguing that professional presence is not a single template, and that organisations lose enormous value by rewarding only one way of showing up.

What shaped the work
Three continents of client-facing craft
Lily's career in branding and client-facing communication spans more than 30 years, with work delivered across Europe, Africa and the USA. That range shows up in the room: she reads cultural nuance quickly and adapts tone without losing warmth.
A host, moderator and facilitator by instinct
From awards ceremonies and conferences to boardroom workshops and community panels, Lily is equally comfortable holding a thousand-person audience or a twelve-person leadership team. The skill is the same: attention, timing and genuine curiosity.
Personal branding, minus the performance
As a personal branding strategist she works with entrepreneurs, professionals and leaders on message clarity, visibility and presence — always anchored in who they actually are rather than a polished impersonation of someone else.
A socially conscious leadership voice
Inclusion and belonging are not a side project. Lily's training and speaking consistently return to how organisations build cultures where people can be visible, heard and themselves — and why that is a commercial advantage as much as a moral one.

Working with Lily
Warm in the room, rigorous behind the scenes.
Clients tend to describe two things: how relaxed the day felt, and how much preparation clearly went into it. Both are deliberate.
